速卖通站内信怎么写?有什么技巧?

 速卖通平台的卖家和买家一般都是通过站内信来沟通,那么面对不同的情况,需要发送不同的站内信,但是很多新手卖家没有经验,不清楚速卖通站内信怎么写,为了帮助大家解决这个问题,我整理了一些站内信模板,赶紧去看看吧!

 站内信处理的基本原则

 1、批发的站内信消息优先处理。抓住一个老客户,有时候可以顶你一天的销售额,要把更多的精力放在批发订单上,争取拿下批发订单。

 2、如实回答,切勿忽悠。客户询问产品的相关功能,知道就是知道,不知道就是不知道,不确定就说不知道,一旦你说了可以支持,结果买回去用不了,速卖通纠纷退全款,妥妥的。(客户要懂产品+物流+销售等等)。

 站内信分类及具体方法:

 1、产品问题

 问外观相关(尺寸,颜色等)
